Team Development & Organisational Development

Our services in team and organisational development are not standard products. Instead, we align our work with your specific needs and the current situation in your team or organisation.

Change and realignment are part of everyday work for many teams. At the same time, they often bring uncertainty, different expectations and new dynamics. The content and focus of this format are tailored to the specific situation, objectives and dynamics of your team.

Objectives

  • Actively shape change within the team and provide orientation
  • Create a shared understanding of objectives, roles and direction
  • Strengthen collaboration and commitment in new structures

Target group

  • Teams and organisations undergoing a change process, for example as part of a realignment

Regular team reflection strengthens mutual understanding, fosters trust and helps anchor shared values effectively in everyday work. This enables teams to collaborate more efficiently, avoid conflict and achieve their goals successfully. We work with the Insights Discovery® questionnaire, which maps different personality types within the team. In a highly visual and motivating way, team members recognise the advantages and disadvantages of different working, behavioural and communication styles – both in themselves and in their colleagues.

Objectives

  • Examine how teamwork is influenced by individual personalities and working preferences
  • Reflect on similarities and differences between individual team members
  • Enhance the team’s strengths and optimise areas for development
  • Examine and improve communication within the team

Target group

  • Employees and/or managers who want to reflect on their collaboration, recognise individual traits as well as strengths and areas for development, and address conflicts preventively
  • Organisations and companies that want to sharpen their shared communication and working culture and initiate change

The Team Management Profile® (TMP) is one of the world’s most widely used instruments in HR, leadership and team development. It is based on more than 40 years of continuous research and helps teams and organisations shape their collaboration more consciously, effectively and sustainably. In this workshop, teams and leadership bodies consciously engage with their strengths, preferences and areas for development, and learn how to use them constructively.

Objectives

  • Explore work preferences and the eight team roles of the TMS (Team Management System)
  • Understand dynamics and working preferences within the team
  • Recognise, reflect and make targeted use of individual strengths and areas of development
  • Deal consciously with differences, areas of tension and diversity
  • Optimise collaboration around tasks, responsibility and communication

Target group

  • Teams at all levels: specialists and managers, project teams and management teams
  • Various possible applications in organisational development:

Onboarding and team integration, team development and team workshops
→ Talent management and potential analyses
→ Leadership training and leadership programmes
→ Diversity training and cross-organisational collaboration

In today’s international working world, different values, communication styles and expectations meet. The “Intercultural Collaboration” training supports participants in better understanding cultural differences, avoiding misunderstandings and shaping collaboration across cultural boundaries effectively.

Objectives

  • Become familiar with the central dimensions of Hofstede’s cultural model
  • Reflect on and contextualise your own cultural imprinting and typical behavioural patterns
  • Recognise intercultural differences in communication, decision-making and collaboration
  • Identify misunderstandings and potential for conflict in intercultural contexts at an early stage
  • Develop strategies for effective, respectful and goal-oriented intercultural collaboration

Target group

  • Employees, managers, specialist leads or project leads who work in an international or culturally diverse environment
  • This is particularly relevant for people who regularly collaborate with colleagues, clients or partners from different cultural contexts, or who expect to do so more frequently in future

How We Work

We understand our customised services in team and organisational development as an open, shared development process. The specific questions, challenges and objectives of the team or organisation are at the centre. We reflect on situations, encourage the exchange of different perspectives, identify fields of action and develop possible solutions. We accompany and facilitate the process in a structured, solution-oriented way, with a view to sustainable implementation in day-to-day work.

Event Formats

For workshops in team and organisational development, we plan at least half a day. Several days are often useful; the exact scope depends on the topic and your needs. We begin with a differentiated clarification of the assignment and develop a customised concept on this basis. Once the measure has been implemented, we hold a joint debriefing and define the next steps as part of an open, process-oriented approach.

For “Intercultural Collaboration”, we offer 60-minute expert inputs in addition to workshops.
