Conflicts cannot always be avoided and arise in different forms in day-to-day work. In this training, we provide participants with psychologically sound, practical tools and methods to recognise and address differences and misunderstandings at an early stage, and to intervene appropriately and constructively in challenging situations.
Objectives
- Distinguish between different types of conflict and recognise their signs early in day-to-day work
- Explore your own attitude towards resistance and conflict, and reflect on your strengths and behavioural patterns
- Gain confidence and assurance in dealing with tensions and conflict situations
- Refresh knowledge based on psychological principles for dealing constructively with differences and conflicts
- Consolidate and expand your repertoire of possible interventions
Target group
- People with or without leadership responsibility, project leads and specialists who are confronted with conflict situations in their day-to-day work and are willing to actively reflect on their own experience and expand their repertoire for handling conflict.
How We Work
We combine practical content with a high level of interaction and self-reflection. Short theoretical inputs alternate with case examples from day-to-day leadership and working life as well as moderated reflection phases. Participants work both individually and in small groups. We place particular emphasis on a consistent practical focus and realistic applications so that what has been learned can be transferred directly into everyday work.
Programme Formats
Whether a 60-minute expert input, a half-day workshop or a one- to three-day training course – you choose the format that best fits your needs, regardless of the topic.
