In my work as a consultant, it is important to me to create a basis of trust and to understand the concerns and challenges of my counterpart in depth in order to be able to make a contribution to problem-solving that offers real added value.
I am an open and interested person who meets others in an uncomplicated and empathetic way. My solution-oriented, pragmatic approach also ensures that there is a good balance between costs and benefits.

Yvonne Fässler has many years of experience as head of assessment and development centers at a major Swiss bank, various assessment companies and as a self-employed entrepreneur. Repeated assignments as a lecturer at various universities (of applied sciences) on the topics of assessments, statistics and salutogenic leadership and as a consultant to schools, management and employees in the area of burnout prevention round off her profile.

- Studied psychology, neuropsychology, social and preventive medicine at the University of Zurich
- Training as a certified stress regulation expert at the Swiss Institute for Stress Research
- Coaching training in integrated, solution-oriented psychology, ILP
