Dr. Vanda Capon-Sieber
Consultant
What I particularly enjoy about my work is the exchange with people and the opportunity to support them in their development. I find it enriching to engage with different personalities, potentials and perspectives, and to understand them in a differentiated way within their respective professional contexts. A central guiding principle in my work is the fit between person, role and environment. I am convinced that both individuals and organisations benefit most when this fit is carefully identified and purposefully shaped.
What matters to me in my work is quality, diligence and clear practical value. I place great importance on sound diagnostics, differentiated assessments and results that are equally relevant and robust for organisations and individuals.
I would describe my working style as structured, analytical and reflective. My academic background shapes both my high standards of quality and my differentiated perspective on people and situations. At the same time, a warm and straightforward way of relating to people is very important to me.
