Susanne Koch Drinovac has many years of conceptual and operational experience in HR, particularly in the areas of personnel, team, and organizational development. As a coach, change manager, senior development consultant, lecturer, moderator, trainer, and head of leadership training, she specializes in topics related to management and leadership, cultural and organizational development, talent management, communication, change management, transformation, and dealing with pressure. She has extensive experience in seminars, workshop moderation, coaching, consulting, and management diagnostics.
