Stephanie Scherrer has over ten years of experience in diagnostics, behavioral design, and corporate organizational development. She has held leadership positions in both the public and private sectors, specializing in risk assessments. Her expertise includes conducting complex assessments to evaluate integrity and leadership effectiveness, as well as supporting cultural transformation projects. Additionally, she brings profound knowledge in crisis intervention and psychological first aid.
