I am interested in the experience and behavior of people in different life contexts. In my professional environment, my focus is on understanding organizational and leadership cultures in order to best combine the needs of a company/NPO with the requirements of its employees. My actions are based on the values of development, responsibility and commitment as well as a clear focus on people.
In my work, I value dialog and analyze decisive factors in a differentiated manner in order to develop joint solutions at eye level. I meet challenges with a variety of ideas and openness to new approaches. In doing so, I rely on stable relationship management, targeted impulses and my experience, supplemented by a healthy dose of humor, to achieve constructive and sustainable results. Understanding the diversity of different contexts and perspectives gives me pleasure and enables me to act in a customer-oriented manner and create real added value.

Maja Goedertier has more than twenty years of experience in advising companies on the topics of leadership selection, personnel development, personality diagnostics and coaching. She also has many years of experience in advising people and organizations from her self-employed work. At the beginning of her professional career, Maja Goedertier worked in the areas of marketing, organization and human resources in the SME sector.
Education:
- Degree in psychology with a specialization in work and organizational psychology, Dipl. Psych. FH
- Counseling training in transactional analysis, DGST diploma
- Basic courses in ZRM, schema therapy and hypnosystemic coaching
- Federal diploma as a marketing specialist
