Dr. Caroline Gahrmann
Consultant

At mpw, I have the privilege of getting to know new people almost every day and gaining deep insights into their biographies. It inspires me to see how they overcome challenges. Translating these observations into a clear statement about their potential challenges me. I am happy when I can contribute my knowledge from research - and also when I learn from practical experience.
In my work, it is important to me to remain curious and open. I want participants to feel comfortable and safe right from the start – just as they are. When this foundation of trust is in place, even difficult topics can be discussed.
I enjoy working with colleagues, but I also appreciate the peace and quiet for conceptual tasks. It is important to me to work carefully: I want to deliver results that directly help others.
