It's important for me to listen carefully to a person's story, to better understand the issues and challenges they face. It's also important for me to be able to suggest ways of development so that they can continue their path with the tools they need.
I start my day as a consultant with the desire to be as close as possible to the reality of our clients and candidates. As I am committed to applying evidence-based psychology, I take great care to ensure that my decision-support reports are the fruit of efficient, differentiated work.

Christophe Zufferey has in-depth knowledge and experience in assessment diagnostics and forensic psychology as well as solid expertise as a psychologist specializing in the creation of psychological profiles. He also has competencies in group and individual supervision. His many years of experience as a manager, in consulting and support in the context of change projects and in building partnerships for knowledge transfer round off his profile.

- Degree in Psychology, Psychologist FSP (MA in Psychology)
