About my work at mpw I appreciate my different areas of work and the balance between independence and a living team culture. The processes are characterized by routine on the one hand and new tasks on the other, so that I can continuously develop myself.
This is also what I find meaningful about my work, that mpw advises and supports people in their professional development and thus enables them to develop further.
My way of working is pragmatic, supportive and flexibly adaptable to the diverse areas and required situations.

Christina Schmidt has many years of experience in international education and training and has worked in urban development in Zug and as an executive assistant at a special school. She has gained broad insights and expertise in various administrative roles over the years.
