The contact and interaction with people with very different backgrounds, interests, and careers have always fascinated me. Accordingly, it gives me great pleasure to accompany and support people from different industries and professional contexts. In addition to the individual perspective, I focus on the system in which the people work and am interested in how it influences the actors and vice versa.
I like to get involved in multi-layered issues, analyze them from a wide variety of perspectives, and work out feasible solutions together with others. My curiosity, openness, persistence and, last but not least, my sense of humor help me in this regard.

Work experience
Katrin Roduner started her professional career in the academia and then moved to industry, where she worked as a specialist in the areas of Talent Management and Learning and Development and gained first experience in operational HR. In a next step, a multi-year engagement in management diagnostics and consulting followed. In addition to her work at mpw, she has been working in leading HR functions in the industry for more than 8 years .

- Doctorate in Positive Psychology, PhD
- Studies in Applied Psychology, Business Administration and Labor Law at the University of Zurich
- Advanced training in Hypnosystemic Coaching, IEF Zurich
