To use one' s own strengths and to leave marks is an elementary need of every human being. In the selection, development and consulting of executives, I therefore focus on their potential. It is important to me to provide impulses within the scope of a mandate with an objective professional view. In doing so, I enable the participants to actively shape their situation and make the necessary decisions to give their best in the right place.

Work experience
Christine Bischof has many years of experience in consulting and supporting management, executives and teams in a wide range of industries. She designs and accompanies processes for personnel and leadership development and supports managers as a coach in demanding tasks and challenging situations. Furthermore, she has profound experience in conducting assessments at all levels. Her own leadership experience as well as many years of work as a consultant in the school sector and as a journalist round off her profile.
