About my work at mpw I appreciate my different areas of work and the balance between independence and a living team culture. The processes are characterized by routine on the one hand and new tasks on the other, so that I can continuously develop myself.
This is also what I find meaningful about my work, that mpw advises and supports people in their professional development and thus enables them to develop further.
My way of working is pragmatic, supportive and flexibly adaptable to the diverse areas and required situations.

Work experience
Christina Schmidt war langjährig in der internationalen Aus- und Weiterbildung beschäftigt und hat in der Zuger Stadtentwicklung sowie als Assistentin der Geschäftsführung in einer Sonderschule gearbeitet. In diversen administrativen Funktionen hat sie über die Jahre breite Einblicke und Expertise erlangt.
